Number tug-of war. If the 3 has a certain enmity to the 6 than any number divisable by 3 has a certain enmity to any number that isn’t. If you multiply any non three number by another non three number you never get a three, namely 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8 Of these you can split these into two groups of 1 ,4 and 7 in one group and 2, 5, and 8 in another. For the first group 1 4 or 7 if you times them by a 3 or a 6 number they stay the same. If you times a 3 or a 6 number by the second group, 2 5 or 8 the 3’s become sixes and the sixes become threes. This could have profound implications for world peace. (“What?”)

Audatiously Looking Death in the Face

Berock Obama’s book is titled “The audacity of Hope”. I suppose we could call this file “The case for survival of death”. Although nobody has proved we survive death and there is a total absence of scientific evidence to support it- - there are nonetheless a few indications that we do survive death. Perhaps the most powerful is this universal human delusion or belief that in fact we do survive death. People believe that when they are dying they “go to a better place” and few contemplate that this is well the moment of their own extinction henceforth and forever more. Going along with this belief is the societal belief since prehistoric times that we survive death. Could it be that the human race as a whole knows something intuitively that can’t be proved logically? It of course is a possibility that the entire human race is laboring over one huge delusion. But perhaps not. Next there is the leadership argument. We know that in societies once a senior leader is cut down, the new leader seems to almost magically “rise to the occasion” often despite a lack of previous indicators in his personality. Sometimes with young kids the father is killed and the oldest sibling rises to the occasion and suddenly acts much more responsibly than he ever did before. In apes I imagine there is a fight for dominance and the leadership ape somehow “inherets the power of the deceast relative”. This could well be an exercise in relative dominance and filling up a vaccume. But it might be something more. One argument against the notion of death being a permanent state of unconsciousness (or non existence) is that THIS is another of those things which man has never experienced. People come out of comas of course, but they were still as it were “trapped inside a body”. But most of us cannot “imagine being dead”. We have this entrenched belief that “we will go on” somehow, in our consciousness. Christians have harnessed this belief well in mankind. I believe to an errant degree because of their slogans were honist it would be “Death is our savior” “Death is our deliveror”. Death is the great justifier for all of the ills we have suffered. “Death is our future hope”. When you look at it this way Christianity seems rather silly as opposed to a more earthbound religion such as Judaisum, from which it sprang, which spoke of an ONGOING relationship with God in the here and now, enjoying his blessings- - and not FIRST MEETING him once you die in the afterlife. Furthermore- - Christians are all running from something in their past. There are people and we can use Frank as an example- -who I imagine before they were Christians were real creeps and there is nothing about him I would care to associate with as a friend. The Federation considers it a weakness of Christianity that “who you are” is pretty much known when you’re a young child as far as your inate personality is concerned. Yet Christians invariably deny who they are, that is, who they have been, and they run, from what and to what they know not where.

Some of you readers, and I hope you’re still with me, would ask “Just what is all this about Federations and Empires warring with each other in space? How do they possibly do that given the enormous distances between stars. Real life isn’t like Star Trek or Star Wars”. Point taken. The answer is I do not know. I know they do have earth style fighting ships and fight in that mode. But I also know they reach into the psychic realm. During this file I may be correcting things I’ve said in previous files. One of those is this thought. I have stated that when people “see the dead” it is left over energized particles and their life is frozen at the time of death. The Federation has always taught the opposite. That when you meet a “dead person” you’re meeting them as they are now in real time, and as such they may have grown and evolved and changed to a degree from when you last knew them, like anybody else would.

I would at this time like to talk about the three top dimensions of the six there are. First I’d like to do a little pure math for you people. A cube that’s ninety degrees on all corners in a four dimensional world would have 24 sides. A cube in a five dimensional world would have 120 sides and a cube in a six dimensional world would have 720 sides. That’s an awful lot and each of them is ninety degrees. When you are working with a one dimensional array you can have a two dimensional database, and your number of different table sets or “planes” is one. With a two dimensional array you can have dimensions (1) and (2) but there is also an added defacto zero dimensions so that you have a total of three dimensions or three different intersecting data planes, of what you’d call tables. In a three (3) dimensional array you have access to four dimensions again utilizing the zero dimension for a grand total of six planes or sets of data tables. Were you able to accomplish a four dimensional array (My computer balks at that) you could have five dimensions or ten sets of intersecting planes or sets of data. (tables)

The fourth dimension is one where we leave the three special ones and come into a dimension of illusory causality. Time is the causality. But the Federation teaches that is the ILLUSION of causality. It’s the dimension we live in as “Now”. When you “Are brought to NOW” you are brought to an awareness of Self and have dropped all of the en-grams that formerly blocked you. You are free to act. “Now” is, as it were, a gift from the Gods because it’s a time when you can exercise Free Will, (or at least the illusion thereof) Dimension five is one I’d like to explore a bit. We said that we didn’t know about death because there is no evidence. This is that there is no evidence that unconsiousness either exists or doesn’t exist. If you are a proponet of the Big Bang Theory you believe there was a time when all Creation was concentrated into one small point. But since space didn’t exist either you have no frame of reference to even be able to SAY what is a point and what isn’t. If space did exist, it, too would be so curved and compacted you wouldn’t even be aware of it. But as you know the Federation teaches that in the Big Bang (if THAT existed at all since nothing CAUSES anything) each aspect of the explosion exploded into its own dimension creating it. I have used the analogy of lines shooting out from a point or dot. Each line represents its own four dimensional reality or Universe. There aren’t quite parrellel Universes, but damn close to it. The Federation teaches that these universe never cross each other’s path and so we will never experience anything but our own Universe. At this point I’d like to put in another correction and we have Sylvia Browne to thank for this one. We said that you could pick up psychic vibes or warnings from other Universes on the fifth dimensional plane. This is false. We can have premonitions that might be LIKE those the others in a parrellel universes have, but they are our OWN premonitions generated from our OWN mind. We’ve all had superstitions. Either we believe if we do something, something else good will happen, or else if we ever do something- - something bad will happen. Sometimes these superstitions come to pass. This is a case of pre-cognitive knowledge awareness. (or simply, precognition) I believe it really happens since the Future is just as real as the past. This whole fifth dimension alludes to the “Fire in the heavens” Chinese hexagram where the fifth line is broken (and “dark”). It’s the “Hotel California” or “Twilight Zone” dimension discussed in previous writings. Youall clear?

Finally we come to the sixth dimension or psychic dimension. This is the dimension of consciousness. It’s almost dinner time so I’ll be back. OK I’m back from dinner and getting coffee at the bakery. I ran into a little sprinkles. So I’ll turn off my space monitor and we’ll continue. The Greeks said that Ideas were the most real things of all. In the sixth dimension Ideas are things. Here’s one more correction for you. We said in the Sea of Green the mind generates monsters and stuff. Actually if we come back to Professor Einstein and causality, it’s a chicken and egg thing. We can’t say for sure whether your mind generates the monsters, or they were already there. In like manner when you “get an idea” it isn’t something your mind conjured up but it was already there. Some speak of two people getting the Same Idea at the same time. You will note the singularity of object. For two people to have the same Idea means they have to be in the same psychic space. It’s hard to portray the psychic dimension and some of our previous illustrations of the Sixth dimension may not be right on. We have spoken of ideas and thoughts and indeed spiritual entities as waves on the ocean. They collide into one another and either strengthen or weaken one another when they intersect. But you will note if you painted the sand on the bottom in a black and white checkerboard pattern it would have absolutely no influence on the waves, because it’s only two dimensional and the waves are three dimensional. We speak of ideas “resonating” and speak of an idea having “the ring of truth”. This idea of resonance is heavily used in our speech. If we get back to life and the soul and the body we can think of water from a hose running down a driveway. The water will normally run a straight line but at times it may devide up and become separate rivers. These rivers may or may not rejoin. Normally we associate a soul occupying one body. But Stewart teaches that the soul and the body are not the same thing. Getting back to our Christian analogy- - I have often pondered the idea that a person could “become possessed by a new soul” and the old soul depart. We often say “In that period of my life I don’t know what I was doing”. People often speak of their past actions as if they were talking about another person. I never do this but others to. They don’t “own their actions”. (as if it were “under the blood of Christ” or something) We don’t know if the psychic dimension is purely like the famed “Sea of Green” or not. The other thing people wonder about is psychic travel. All of the rivers of water on the driveway are rivers of the same water from the same hose. Could there be a “You” living some other life in some other body? What keeps the “energy” in one soul together? I personally go for the rings of Saturn theory. There is some gravitational force that kicks in and causes concentric rings to form. Maybe only sporadic blurbs of your life are lived in another body and those same sporadic blurbs are holes left in your current life to be filled with another spirit. Can you disprove it? The question arises of astral projection and distances in the psychic realm. Here is another of those corrections. We have talked of “space folding” (thunder just now) but there is macro space folding where the three space dimensions are involved and there is micro space folding where it’s basically just psychic or astral travel. Other than describing a folded loop of pager, I can’t come up with another analogy. We do know that Ideas are Things, but there is also our ongoing thought cognitive process that is going on in this dimension.

Green represents “before change” or the future, and Pink represents “after change” or the past. Red is confidence. Orange is imaturety, Gold is materialism. Yellow of apprehension. Chartruce is paranoia. Green is either war or the future or “Go”. Terquoise is either psychic death or “spiritually sterile location. In Romulan, blue denotes “sell out”. Purple denotes preciousness and royalty. Marroon stands for a Lost Love, and hot pink or magenta symbolizes the past or “after the change”. White denotes objective truth. Silver is redemption. Tan, oddly enough means homosexual, whereas brown merely means “utility usage”. On Sirius and among the Romulans they use the absolutely identical semaphore symbols we do on earth, meaning that they probably imported them from earth. Romulans used to send a lot of messages with flags.

I hope you have enjoyed this little journey. We’ll get back to politics soon.

Five Dollar a Gallon Gasoline is Coming

We are in a worldwide oil crisis. The price of a barrel of oil this morning has risen to $135.00 per barrel. There is no indication, as with housing, that this "bubble" will burst and prices will collapse. Indeed world wide demand is continuing to rise all the time as China and India citizens continue to purchase automobiles for the first time. What's more, the reason why the Saudis and the Russians as well as other OPEC nations like Venesuela aren't increasing production to meet demand is that they don't have it. We have entered a C change in the world energy ballance where there is a world wide shortage situation all the time. People in this country say demand will not appreciably drop unless gasoline rises to six or seven dollars a gallon, and this is certainly foreseeable. Indeed some have predicted gasoline prices in excess of ten dollars a gallon in the US. $150.00 per barrel for crude is very forseeable and we may see that before summer's end. Of course our economy will be cripples as long as prices are this high. Our transportation system for goods and services will be squeezed as truckers struggle to stay in business. Airline travel may become a thing of the past except for the very rich. We should all be ready for a repeat of the 1970's and our old friend, Stag-flation. Some remedies are obvious. We need to open Anwar up for drilling in the Arctic. New oil has been discovered in the Gulf of Mexico and Chevron has six wells already and the find is expected to yield several hundred million barrels of oil. We will need every bit of that. As long as our US dollar continues to be devalued by our President's trade policies, the price of crude oil will continue to rise. Even now about half of the rise in price is explainable by a drop in the value of the US dollar abroad. Obviously we need to find alternative energy sources but knowing human psychology the price may have to rise past $150.00 per barrel for enough people to get off their asses and do something about it. The House yesterday passed a bill to make OPEC price gauging illegal and for the US to investigate and perhaps bring criminal charges. But even though the bill was passed in excess of a two-thirds majority, the bill will have tough sledding in the Senate, and the current president will probably never sign it. Randi Rhodes and others have proposed measures that could be instituted to get the price of oil down. Clearly we need some sort of windfall profits tax. If you make the tax on profits steep enough, corporations will lose their incentive to gauge for that last dollar because they'll only have to pay it to the government.

I was watching Goleft.tv yesterday and there was a guy on the stage dressed in a nice suit like a Christian evangelist with styled hair and everything, only he was a spokesman for Air America. He spoke of the "glimmer in the eye" that executives of G E had in 1966 had in launching Ronald Reagan into politics remaking the political landscape. They have accomplished all their goals. They have gotten rid of anti trust laws, they have re-made the Supreme Court, and they have abolished the Fairness doctrine in 1987 so that the people are only hearing one side of the news. It's pretty much right wing radio or nothing at all in too much of the country. People in the South may never even have heard of things like the US torturing prisoners. They're much more concerned about Brittany Speers or Paris Hilton's latest arrest. The US population is strangulating on an all sugar diet of info-tainment. We are in that George Orwell world where the media tells us what to think, and the comon people believe every word.

Hillary Clinton's candidicy is alive and well. Now she has surged ahead in the popular vote if you count Michigan and Florida. Hillary told the people yesterday, "You people in Florida did not break any party rules". It's hard to fight the cry of "count the votes". They say May 31st. is a key day when a decision will be made. We know that with Hillary as candidate we will have a fighter running, even though she is a dishonist, dirty fighter. If I had to guess right now I'd say that the Michigan and Florida deligates will be seated, as is. I think the political pressure will be too great to resist the "will of the people" even though Obama's name was not on the ballot in Michigan. The fact is that Hillary since the first of March has one most of the contests in the major states. She's won the popular vote in Texas, Ohio, Indiana, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Kentucky. That's an impressive block of states. Hillary easily won the agragate popular vote in last Tuesday's elections. Some of us "Obamakins" will just have to shut up and like it, or else vote Republican, which is what I have consitered doing though no decisions are set in concrete yet. I want to see how Mc Cain stacks up issue by issue that I really care about. I think Obama was the last hope of the liberals hoping to clean up the ethics of congress and diminish the power of lobbiests. Mc Cain's influence from the lobbiiest is of the utmost concern to me.

THE SECRET OF SKULL AND BONES

"The material for today's movie is not new. You've seen it through and through. You've seen your life, and your death. You may remember all the rest. Did you have a good world when you died?" These words of course are from Jim Morrison. Today as you may or may not know is the probable anniverary of us Bosc mates getting "Bones" as a kitten one Saturday night, either May 22nd. or 29th. and I'm leaning twords the former. Some people might say that Mark Campbell "became me" because he took my old bedroom at the Bosc house. Of course, all of the Boscs were Indiana Jones fans. That's almost a requirement to being a Bosc. Bosc, of course stands for Blue Oyster Secret Cult, and Jim Cooper came up with that achronym. Jim Cooper of course is an avid Indiana Jones fan. The secret to the Oyster is that if it contains a pearl, the pearl, representing the Christian Church, is really built upon a grain of sand that gets trapped in the Oyster. The sand represents something basically alien to what people think a Pearl is. As you may or not know- - Stewart Sutcliffe has had many incarnations. He was John the Baptist. Later he was that Priest in Renes Le Chateau named Soniere, who extorted money from the Roman Catholic Church threatening to expose some secret. And finally Stewart was a black and white cat. A black cat with seven white spots. You may also know by way of review that historically there is NO CONNECTION between the ministries of John the Baptist and Jesus. The deciples were separate, and in my oppinion unequal. John the Baptist lived about 30 AD. As you may also know the Knight's Templar worshipped a skull and crossbones, that were roomered to be the remains of John the Baptist. The Knights were an organization for a while used by the Church to try and take back the Holy Land from the infadels. But they were mistrusted because they were rich, and fell into disfavor. The Skull and Bones fraternaty is a continuation of this legasy. As to the Pirate flag, the black in Romulan symbology symbolizes "submission to God". Silver symbolizes redemption. Stewart is insensed to this day that the desciples of Jesus "ripped off his ministry". Stewart regards Jesus as a man who became a phoney. In truth there was a multiple "analog" or historicity of Jesus. Jesus is noted for his many meracles and yet in his last week on earth he didn't seem to do meracles while in Jerusalem. Is this for "unknown reasons" or could it be that this last week's activities was actually describing a different man? As you may also know, Judas of Galilee had many sons and several just coincidentally had the same names as Jesus alledged brothers, such as Simon and Judas. There was a revolutionary named Theudius, who lived in 44 AD. Our theory is that Theudius had a brother named John or Jonah, who was responsible for the "meracles" that are attributed to Jesus. There is also another man and the reference books note him, who came before Pilate and said the famous line "I will tear down this temple and in three days I will build it up again". Supposidely Pilate tagged him as insane and had him carted off somewhere. But you say "what about the Jesus we all worship?" OK, two desciples of (?) who lived in Egypt came up with the core Gospel. They were Matthew and Mark. They were desciples of Philo of Alexandria, who in our theory visited Palestine in the year AD 35, which in the Hebrew "Jubilee year" figuring it was the "favorible year of the lord". My guess is it was this Jesus who went around telling people "I'm the son of God but keep it a secret". This is also the Jesus who met up with James, a mysterious person who had some sort of influence in the Temple in Jerusalem in the middle of the first century. We know little about him. We also know that Jesus, or Philo of Alexandria, was known to be alive in Egypt after 33 AD or 35 AD. We know that he may have been called "Crestus" and that the Christians of Rome in Nero's time were followers of this Crestus. Now if you're fermiliar with StarTrek I, the movie you know that two different sattlites or probes were sent into space. One was an explorer probe and the other was some kind of agricultural sattalite, and these two "combined their forces" when they were both damaged, and what emerged was this killer Voyager of the movie. Well, I believe that these followers of "Crestus" met up with Paul about 95 AD and that Gnosticisum was infused into the other Jewish followers of Crestus. Paul mixed up these vials and out of it came the witch's brew today we know as the Church. "Strange brew - kill what's inside of you!"

It Isn't Over Yet

I don't have a lot to say you don't already know. Hillary won Kentucky and Obama now has a majority of the elected deligates and is only fifty away or so from the magic 2026 all out majority of all deligates. Hillary is not quitting. Randy Rhodes believes she's doing one of two things. Either she's trying to blackmail or otherwise pressure the super deligates in to making her Vice President, or else she's planning to pull a Lieberman and run as an independent like Lieberman did, with ideas of winning in the General without party sanction. Of course being Vice President would be the worst thing that could happen to Obama, since it would do nothing but generate friction, with she and Bill constantly undermining and second guessing his power at every turn. Obama gave a great speech in Iowa last night. It was way better than the speech Hillary gave. In terms of the demographics between white and black voters- - I think we can agree there are "good" Whites, and "bad" Whites, to turn the old addage on its head. The good Whites are the urban, enlightened ones who live in this century. Clearly Obama represents the future whereas Hillary has one foot always in the past. And now she's quoting Karl Rove statistics, as if that will earn her credibility. We don't believe Karl Rove saying Hillary is the stronger candidate.

It seems they have been rigging the economic statistics for a while. I know with food and everything skyrocketing how come my Social Security check went up an infinitessible amount last year. I guess Nixon aids wanted to throw out volitile price indicators such as food and gasoline and just measure "core inflation". Apparently in 1983 major revisions were done with the economic indicators, which may contribute to things looking so rosey all of a sudden. And George Herbert Walker Bush wanted other indicators changed and Clinton complied. Of course you've heard about "discouraged workers" not being counted among the unemployed. They used to not count military personnel at all, but now they count them as "employed". They say the unemployment rate should rightfully be about eight or ten percent. Apparently ten thousand blacks were taken off the rolls for one indicator indicating poverty, which is why poverty went down in the Clinton adminestration. And of course inflation is more like five or six percent and not what they are saying. And if growth statistics were adjusted for inflation we'd already be in negative growth right now. They figure things now like "Well, the same thousand dollar computer today is actually a better value because it does more stuff". So they use electronic items to counterballance the other causes of inflation. By the same logic I guess things like paint and light bulbs that last longer today than they used to- - are used as counter-ballances. You know what they say "You can fool some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time but you can't fool all the people all of the time".

Ted Kennedy of course has a diagnosed inopperable brain tomer that's of an unusual make-up where it's hard to deliniate the tomer from normal tishue. Under worst case scenario, the senator could be dead within a year. We're going to keep him in prayer that he can beat this thing. The media is trying to be optimistic, and that's a good thing. There is a lot of Federation news I was going to dump on you now. Let me just say this: Ted Kennedy should get to Xavier college and have one of the people there pray for him. Xavier is a Romulan campus- - and the Romulans are posed to go to war with the Centaurians, the source of the senator's problem. Don't argue with me; just do it. This thing is definitely beatable.

Federation anthropology: The Ashberry Park group east is New Jersey. Ashberry Park west is Portland, and they are Arkturians. Taccomans are also Arkturians. The west coast Tacomans are Tacoma, and the east is the Atlantic seaboard area like New Jersey. Most of the Sirian Romulans are the "Torrando Romulans". The Vancouver Romulans used to rule in Regelus V before that planet was devistated by the Centaurians in spring 1989. The White Andromedans are a combo of Andromeda E's and the Atlanta Romulans. The North Romulans are a mixture of the Portland Reigellians (who live on Reigel VI, too) and Romulans. The "Seveners" are a mixture of Romulan and Rajoran and live on Reigel VII. The Ruins of Reigel VII are the ancient Orion race before they emigrated to Egypt but the Ruins don't look Egyptian but hold many math secrets. The Amazon women on Reigel V are dying out do to the "Bertell" rays or- - cosmic ray nutrinos killing them. There is little life on Reigel V above a small mammel or a birds. The Bajorans are one group who are advocates opposing Gay Marriage. The Federation as a whole has taken a "neutral" stance on California's proposed anti gay amendment( which in effect means they're for gay marriage) and regard it as a "local earth matter". The Rizzonans are from a star in Virgo. The Pikes are from a star in Pisces. The Pikes rule the Red Sox and the Patriots but not the Boston Celtics. There used to be Vancouver Romulan influence on Motown music, but the Detroit Romulans are not connected with Motown. "Lukicites" are HQ'd in Fresno. There are Lukicites in southwest Texas. The Centaurians earlier this week were "getting ready to celebrate something" now. The Centaurians do things for propaganda purposes.

Let's do numerology review. Two times three is always six. Two times six is always three. Three times either a three or a six is always nine. Nine times any number is nine. Four times any three is always three and four times any six is always six. Eights behaves like twos when it comes to threes and sixes. A seven behaves like a four when it comes to threes and sixes. The numerals stay the same. A difference of nine strongly indicates numerals have been transposed. The differences between progressions of squared numbers like 4 and 9 and 16 and 25 is always a progression of odd numbers. If you work with just numbers of factors two and seven, you will never encounter a "three" number, or any number divisable by three. I Ching signs are always synchronized with the election years. They run in grand cycles of sixty.
Here is the progression with sevens:

7 times 1 is 7
7 times 2 is 5- - - - 7 times 11 is 77 or 14 or 5
7 times 4 is one - - - 7 times 4 is 28 or 1
7 times 5 is 8- - - 7 times 14 is 98 or 8
7 times 7 is 4- - - 7 times 13 is 91 or 1
7 times 8 is two.- - -7 times 17 is 119 or 2

When Logic Fails

For me a title like that is as unlikely as Billy Graham posting a newspaper article headlined "God is Dead", but let me elaborate. You remember President Bush when he was talking to the Kinessent in Israel was saying "These liberals think if we just presented an argument so impressive in its logic to the terrorists that they would just roll over and capitulate". This isn't how life works in most cases. There was a Simpson's episode where these kids were stranded on an Island and there was this wile boar scaring the little ones, and then one day Lisa Simpson discovered that the boar was being kept alive by eating this green slime that grows on the rocks and she reasons, "If it's keeping the boar alive it will keep us alive, too". Unfortunately if you're dealing with a group of young boys (or any other normal human being) there is a much simpler solution to the problem and that is to kill and eat the wild boar. So the kids ate well that night dining on barbecued pork. Animals don't use logic in their relation with one another. Their relations are dictated by nature. Just as men and women don't relate to each other by logic but by the inherent differences of both sexes. The way anyone can know that homosexuality is wrong is that neither men NOR woman want to forsake their customary relation to the opposit sex. Sometimes relation is everything. For instance this morning I went out to see how our bird in a cage was doing. The first thing I noticed was that he was much more perky and alert looking out of the cage right at the edge. This is Atypical behavior for him. Then I noticed there was another bird now in the cage who was cowering in the back of the cage like the first bird used to do. Now the first bird had assumed a position of dominence. We had two cats when I was younger named Bo and Al, who were brother and sister born in February 1972. Before his time the male cat, Al died of one of these comon urinary aliments that causes blockage. One thing that was noticed after that was it was now the female cat, Bo, who was getting in all the fights in the neighborhood protecting her terroitory. She had now assumed the mail role of protector. A lot of times Rush Limbaugh is right when he says women want to be dominated. With all due respect to Johnny Wendell, sometimes the golden rule doesn't apply pertaining to relations between the sexes. If a man is about to have sex with a woman in the back seat of a car he doesn't sit down with her and say "Let's talk about our feelings and discuss the consequences of our having sex or the consequences of not having sex". No, he's going to tell her every lie in the book to get her to have sex, and he's even likely to throw something in about Destiny and how "this thing is bigger than both of us". Some fall into the "Reasonableness equals Rightness" trap the EST people talk about. Dr. Phil frames the question as "Would you rather be Happy, or be Right?" Sometimes even a person who seems "right" and "logical" can still be "off". I was just looking at old Malcolm X videos last night on You-Tube. Even though Malcolm's logic was impecable and he was right on- - in his analisis of relations between the races, he was still "wrong" in that he wasn't connecting with his White interviewer. In one case Malcolm X was explaining how Black people have lost their heritage so that they didn't even know their family last name in Africa but took on the identities of their White devil slave masters. It was like a comedy routine as the interviewer- - a good liberal, probably, but he was clearly bored and exasperated asking the same questions over and over of Malcolm, as if he hadn't heard. Of course Malcolm believed that this whole "Civil rights movement" was something Black people should not embrace. But he did say however that if a white policeman's dog attacks you, you have the right to kill the dog- - and that includes those "dogs" who walk on two legs. But in general as I looked on all this footage, most of which I'd seen before somewhere- - it all seemed rather "out of date" and "wouldn't sell" today because it wasn't "up with the times".

Today we need a message that will "sell". Christianity is one message that "sold" well when it war formed- as a way of justifying hatred tword the Jews. Yet as Ron Hubbard points out, and I have quoted before, "If you're in a fire engine streaming twords a fire to put it out- - you aren't going to pay any attention to the dogs nipping at and chassing the fire engine". And yet all Jesus seemed to do was "nip at the dogs" even though "Such action would be quite mad". Rather than "put out the fire" of abolishing human sin from the earth as Daniel 24 discussed, Jesus preferred getting in sparing matches with the pharisees where Jesus "I'm God; worship me or spend eternity in Hell". This wasn't part of his comission. Of course getting back to Bush's statement about "ingeniousness of argument" I was going to write one of my local pastors a letter Friday morning when I was inspired "Spelling it all out about how Christianity has affected my life, and why it wasn't working for me" but this other voice said "It will never work. His defences are too great and his rationalizations are too entrenched. You've had thoughts like this before and have written other letters. He knows the facts but is purpously ignoring them". Certain relationships just naturally form like the relation between Mallery and Skippy on "Family Fies" where Mallery says "Skippy, I thought our relation was pretty well established. You grovle for acceptance and I reject you". So it is with the relation between me and God. Don't fall into the "Reasonableness equals Rightness" trap. It could be that the Calvary Chapels are just "constitutionally incapable of accepting me". But here is something new in the way of evidence about the early formation period of Christianity. No, we're not going to talk about Mary Magdolane" but something else just as revealing. As you may or may not know a comon theme in Calvary Chapel sermons is this idea of attacking gnosticism and the accusation that the spirit and flesh are separate entities so if you cater to the Flesh in sin, then the Spirit is free to go its merry way. I've looked up Gnosticism and this isn't a part of it. What Gnosticism is, is something that came from Egypt about AD 90 to Rom and caught on there like wild fire. What gnosticism is, is the idea that God himself "degenerated" and fell into impurety generating other Gods of moral and litteral inferiority and finally Jesus emerged as the lowest God, according to one source, but he as it were "redeemed the notion of Godness" back to "The One", or first outraying of the Divine. What Christianity did was take this idea and rather than apply it to God, applied it to humans. How do we know this? If Gnosticism hit Rome about AD 90 then what about letters of Paul to the Corinthians where he talks about how "Knowledge" is what some people do to excuse sin. And he says "We all like to think we have Knowledge" referring to licentiousness. He goes on to say "All things are lawful to me, but not all things are expediant". He quotes the gnostic proverb, "Food is for the stomach and the stomach is made for food". By this Paul claims is how Gnostics excuse sin. But if Christianity came BEFORE gnosticism, how come Paul is writing to an infant Church he just founded- using Gnosticisum as a comparrison in a letter that claims to have been written about 50 AD or so over forty years before Gnosticism existed? Whoever promigated Christianity knew about the "Reasonableness equals Rightness" phallocy, and wasn't going to fall into it. Sheer "ingeniousness of arguments" just wasn't going to cut it.

Captain Piccard once said, "I am content to live with a mystery". Many people are concerned about trying to prove how evolution came about or IF it happened at all. This is not an immediate concern of mine. We have the rest of our existance to figure out the mysteries of evolution. The important thing is that life is HERE and how do we relate to it? The same is true with the "modas opperandi" or whatever the phrase is- - the driving force behind the people who thought we NEEDED Einstein's theory of relativity. The whole thing comes down to trying to figure out "Which way the ether wind was blowing" and how come we could NEVER detect ANY "ether wind" in the Universe no matter how many tests we ran? To me- - I am content to live with a mystery. How come we get the same reading on the speed of light all the time? I don't know, but it's not a pressing concern of me right now. Some people wonder what will happen to man's soul after he dies. I'm not bothered by that. Ask me again when I'm dead. Some wonder whether our governmental system is perfect or whether we need to radically change the Constitution to "make it more democratic" and not give Supreme Court justices so much power- - even on matters of WHEN they step down so as to exercise maximum political power. Some are concerned that we have too many rural senators who control congress with their right wing rural politics in congress. Sometimes you have to be a social darwinist and set logic and abstraction aside for the moment. Why do animals hunt, kill, and eat their prey, and can an animal ever be "taught" that "this isn't the best way"? Certain people dominate in certain situations. To rail about it as Malcolm X does is fine. But Malcolm X was an honist man and he ended up dead, killed by his own organization, who turned against Malcolm because he saw the truth and they couldn't handle that. It's not just a matter of KNOWING the truth; what you have to be able to do is SELL the truth. This is a lesson Berock Obama needs to learn. (Selah)

MY BACK PAGES

Last night it was At the Movies, and then it was Sixty Minutes. They had this segment where Chiquita bananas was paying “protection money” to this Columbian death squad army austensively out to fight Marxists. This was twenty years ago. Both sides were bloody and brutal. But now Chiquita is being faulted saying they should have let their many employees who work in the fields die. Should Chaquita have adopted the addage: "It's General Patton's guts- - but our blood"? Should the Chaquita people at the top have said "We're willing to sacrifice down to the life of our last employee" just to maintain that illusury "primciple" and "moral high ground"?But Dole and Del Monte are also being accused of paying protection money. Now they are trying to lay the responsibility for all the deaths from weapons purchases- - at Chiquita’s door. That is so patently unfair. They say they should have gone to the authorities, The US declares a group a terrorist outfit and that’s supposed to make everything all right. That's about as realistic as Jewish shop owners in Nazi Germany going to the equivelent of the Nazi "better business beauro" to redress grievences of vandalism. Then they had a thing on medical care for illegal aliens. One woman was given Resperidol for a mis-diagnosed condition but later she got her act together and went on to study computer. So "things worked out OK for her". I take Resperidol and it hasn't killed me yet. One man had a lesion on his penis and demanded treatment. Finally he got it on his own. He got a biopsy and soon thereafter had a John Bobbit job performed on him. Perhaps some Federal employee should have said “There’s the knife drawer; help yourself”.

An Idea Whose Time Has Come

They say that speculators have driven up the per barrel price of oil 40% over what it would be "naturally" be selling for following the natural market forces of supply and demand. I don't know how you can price $125.00 a barrel is too high but I suppose they've taken inventories and know these things. George Bush has supposedly just visited Saudi Arabia and was turned down when he asked the Saudis to increase production of oil. So here's what we should do. I think as President I could declare a "compelling state interest" in ceasing enough control over the oil companies to fix the price of gasoline at the pump to say $2.50 per gallon. This would insure that the necessities of the American people would be satisfied. If there are in fact still shortages I think the President could assume other "executive perogatives" as he has assumed in other areas such as terrorism, and control how much gasoline actually gets sent to stations. If it indeed turns out that gasoline has been over valued then the price will fall and the speculators will get wiped out, but nobody will be shedding a tear. If shortages remain, then people will just have to improvise. They say that necessity is the mother of invention and suddenly things like car pooling that just seemed to "inconvienient" before will, through governmental intervention, suddenly "make sense" after all. I don't know just how much any President can get away with but I say it's about high time that someone should try to push the envelope of executive power. The thing is- there is a "compelling state interest" because our economy is going into the tank and prices all over with food and such are being driven up and truckers are being squeezed and airlines are going out of business. Of course corporations that refused to comply would be sumarily "detained" just like those in Guantanamo Bay, untill they did.

The big joke now is "What does George Bush call a Nazi?" and the answer is "Grandpa". Prescott Bush apparently made his fortune laundering Nazi money and was later prosecuted but somehow all the charges got thrown out. As to Bush's statements in Israel, I wasn't bothered by them and I really think Obama overreacted to them. Had Obama said nothing the statement would have blown over and would now be forgotten. As it is now it's a republican debating point that Obama is soft on terrorists. I certainly think Bush's ties to Saudi Arabia should be talked about during this campaign. Obama should put HIM on the defencive rather than the other way around. I think Prescott Bush's life ought to be given a new airing- - and people including myself should be made plainly aware of the facts. Condemnation by imuendo and association works, we all know that. Joe Biden referred to the President's remarks in Israel as "Bullshit and malarky". But the fact that Obama is perceived as less than pro Jewish is not "malarky" but has been pretty well established. Rather than defend his own record, or lack of one, Obama should go on the attack by changing the subject and reminding the people that fifteen or the nineteen hijackers of 9 - 11 were from Saudi Arabia. Just think about it.

This supreme court ruling on gay marriage in California will never stand. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if the edict were never allowed to go into effect but a "Stay" was put on the ruling untill after the November election. At that time there will be a proposed constitutional amendment stating that marriage shall consist of one man and one woman. Let's face it. Gay Marriage is one idea whose time has NOT come. Few people will complain is not one gay is allowed to be married. Apparently the polling on this issue is 61% of the people in California prefer a constitutional amendment banning gay marriage. They say gays all over the nation are watching California to see what they do. If this pro gay ruling were allowed to standing it would be the most outragious ruling since Roe verses Wade. Nobody has overturned that one yet but this time we are ready for them, and over a million people are already to sign petitions.

WHY I DON'T THINK IT EVEN MATTERS

OK I'm going to talk about the theory of relativity a little more. One reason why the whole theory doesn't make sense is that for us to perceive time "speeding up" and "slowing down" and space expanding and shrinking, we would have to have some constant to measure it against. But if time slowed down one milisecond, then the speed of light would not be a constant. The theory of relativity says the one constant in the Universe is the speed of light. But if we could actually measure time speeding up and slowing down, we would also be measuring alterations in the speed of light. If you want to cheat a little with the math you could say in einstinian math that one half the speed of light, plus another half- - equals three fourths. Two thirds plus two thirds equals eight nineths, and three fourths plus three fourths equals 15/16. While it's true that from ONE VIEWING DIRECTION all the things Einstein says may appear to be true- - but viewed from any other direction such as laterally or approaching- - his bold thesis falls apart. The whole theory could be done away with and replaced by much explanations we do see for things we "can't explain". The theory is kind of an article of Faith, just like saying Jesus is God. But the trouble is then we start defining what we perceive about Jesus' life in terms of his being a God. If Jesus were ever presumptuous sounding or egotistical, we say "Well, it's because he's God and he knew it". But what about his suffering. Is it really worse than say some scientist shipwrecked on a tropical island and slowly dying of some horrible tropical disease? Is it worse than people like Joan of Ark, or for that matter, John Mc Cain suffered. For who else does suffering have a clear expiration date or the Exit sign so well lit? If Jesus was a 33 year old virgin, would not a forty year old virgin beat out his record? I noticed back in 1991 that one thing you don't see in reports of Jesus's life is Jesus ever being given or following a direct order? Who's really more humble? Jesus or the average working stiff working overtime he resents? And so it is with the theory of relitivity. We only believe in it because "It's there". And we assume it's holy writ. But bringing back the ether theory will explain most of the problems the theory perports to solve, and much more simply. That's my opinion; how about yours?
