FOX News & the Dis-information Agenda

There are too many outright Lies told by the Right Wing to even catalog.  One literally tires of even chronicaling them all.  For instance the famous "eight percent unemployment" lie.  Nobody ever said if Obama's policies were instituted the unemployment would never rise above eight percent because we were ALREADY at eight percent!  There is the lie that this Hillary Rosen lady was a stalking horse doing the Administration's bidding by "Attacking stay at home mothers".  In the first place Hillary Rosen was NOT even employed by the Obama administration.  Also both the President and First Lady repuliated publicly what she said.  FOX doesn't report it that way.  On the other hand Mitt Romney overtly STATED that mothers of two year old children oughta get off their duffs and go to work and put their children in day care and the government would pay for that.  Mitt Romney has stated that he wanted his Health Care plan in Massachusetts to be a pattern for other states.  There is the repeated lie that the Canadian pipeline is to bring oil for US consumption - rather than China.  FOX will tell outright lies - - and foster the attitude that being a trigger happy racist gun nut just "looking for an excuse to kill Black people" is somehow either excsable or the liberals just "made the whole story up".  And there is the lie "President Obama wants to take your guns away".  There is one LIE that the President is guilty of.  In the 2008 his slogan was "Yes We Can".  I would have campaigned under the banner of "No We Can't"  We dodged a fatal bullet with the financial crisis of September of 2008 but it's like someone suffering a massive heart attack and almost dying.  Perhaps the patient should thank God he cheated death whether than worry about being to climb Mt Everest in six weeks.  People who have a heart attack or have a diagnosis of cancer know well that it may get worse before it gets better- - with lots of unpleasent chemo therapy and such.  I would have been far more graphic in 2008 in laying out just how Grave the economic crisis was that we were in.  In the upcoming campaign I hope they spare no expense in portraying just how shallow of a person and candidate Mitt Romney is.

One person suggested rather than set some lofty Goal that will frustrate you by its very unattainability, one should take his mind off the Impossible and place it on the possible.  Dr. Levy says we need to "defamiliarize ourselves with the concept of Goals" because we are wearing out the word from over-use.  Try the activity of "Discontinuity" or some would say a disengagement of the destructive cycle you are in - -  where you as it were take a "time out" from your bad habits - - throwing yourself into neutral for a while and stop struggling just for a moment and look at your situation dispassionately.  Efficiency experts come into Companies and notice a lot of "Things" that had been overlooked as probable causes of the problem.  Often if people would just "forget that they can't succeed" they will do better.  For instance when you're looking for some object- - you always MISS the same places in your trek, and the object actually lies in one of those places you ALWAYS seem to skip.  When I learned German in the summer of 1977 I picked it up at a much faster rate than I did with Spanish- - because I "wasn't aware that I couldn't do it".  When I began BASIC programming in the fall of 1990 I had "forgotten how the night teacher at Anaheim High said it was" and so I threw out everything he told me about flow charts and such and just decided to tackle the problem using my own horse sense.  And I was successful.  For this reason that whole Eighties story of the previous post is a really BAD idea, because it's so cliehe ridden everyone on the right will dismiss it as just another of these Oliver Stone or Michael Moore type productions.  I would also however apprise you of the truth that "It is in your power to Change.  However you are not accountable for what the Other Person chooses to do.  The best you can do is not give him any obvious "doors in" to "get to you" in ways that you know aren't healthy.  Having said all of this - as I intoned on the previous file - - I don't know where this Tea Party generation "got it from" in terms of all the resentment and hatred and ignorance.  A lot of it is very skill-fully laid not just MIS-information but DIS information.  They are Deliberately telling you things to KEEP you from discovering the Truth and asking the Right Questions that will actually enable people to solve their problems. By the way "de-familiarization" is the enemy of the Right.  "Stepping away" and looking at something dispassionately is the LAST thing they want any listener to do.  When Bill Cosby says "The problem is guns" they would say, "No, the problem is Obama style Socialism".   (Selah)

David Cruise has brought up troubling information about the New York police department along the line of "Things Like That Don't Happen Nowadays", except when they do.  When people on the right speak of cutting the crime rate due to "effective policing" I wonder if they might not mean something entirely kosher.  There is a Police Captain named Koehn on the NYPD - - who overtly instructed his officers to view the rich and poor differently when serving search warrents.  Kicking in the doors of poor people's houses was OK.  And if there are kids, or naked women in bedrooms - - or other innocents - - waving guns around is just fine.  Police according to Cruise are overtly instructed to shoot Black suspects in the head and regard these "Fucking Niggers" as animals.  Many police chiefs may know of such bad cops but refuse to weed them out.  It seems the famous police "Code of silence" is alive and well.  Good cops will not rat out bad cops.  So I don't know.  Nobody will believe the Sanford PD police report on Zimmerman is not a complete lie.  But because of a legal technicality - - will the whole shooting case just be thrown out of court before there is even a trial?  It's just something to think about.  Actually most of the news you hear just gets cycled over and over again the same stories till people get tired of them.  Very little of what we call "News" is actually New, in terms of it just having happened.  For instance the following material was typed approximately 24 hours ago.

This is after dinner.  I would like to make a series of observations right now.  First of all we have done almost five pages in this file in rapid succession and up to now none of this material has been pasted into a blog posting.  I borrowed a cigarette just now from Donald, who claimed I owed him two or three already and I said I’d pay them four.  I worried the instant I made this statement because I’ve heard others make statements like that to me, and I wouldn’t blame him if he chose not to believe me and extend me credit.  Fortunately for me he did.  But when Evangelist Fred Price talks about how people say “I’m getting paid this Friday” they do not add “If the boss wills it, I will get paid Friday’ with the likelihood there is a sixty to seventy percent probability he will NOT pay me on Friday.  People can trust the word of Man with a lot more certainty than they will trust the word of God, expecially when the book of James virtually says NOT to base things on the word of God but add in the disclaimer ‘If the Lord wills”.  In the logic of Fred Price and his definition of “Faith” having in Faith in Santa C,lause is a perfectly proper thing because Faith is for things which can’t be proven.  On the other hand a Fred Price person would say that it is improper to have faith that President Obama is rescuing the US economy, because that is something demonstrable that is actually happening.

This afternoon I watched Face the Nation on line.  They had Timothy Geitner (again) and Daryl issa, and most notably, John Mc Cain.  I am one hundred percent behind any suggestion Mc Cain might make as to what to do with Syria and Assad.  Then I went to dinner.  The first portion of spaghetti was fairly generous, but we were warned of very limited seconds.  There was also garlic bread (the Oriental lady gave me hers) and a green salad.  We were the only two people, me and the Black John, who were served apple sauce.  The rest of the people subsequently received vanilla pudding.  Eye Witness news is on now.  I’ll be starting up another pot of coffee soon.  I’m pretty sure they pump air into this brand, which may be why they can sell it so cheap and still be of good quality.  It’s still worth it.  Elena finally showed up.  Both the whole genilogical site thing (secret user name and pass word) and the Google plus thing are like “baby steps”.  I’m a little unsure of myself or just entirely where the future will lead.

How Far We've Come in Thirty Years

JOHN MC CAIN - THE OLD WAR HORSE

You know, it's really funny how the generation born under the most "liberated" political conditions in the late sixties and early seventies, grew up to be so politically reactionary.  This is despite the fact that they have never known a Democratic President who wasn't strong on foreign policy.  Mostly this generation has never known a time when a Republican President was not At War somewhere in the world.  But this generation also never knew of a time when we didn't have computers or electronic video games, or a time when America had any "exestential crisis".  They have lived their whole lives thinking that the hyper patriotism of today was always normal, and that there was EVER a time when we actually worried about "Civil liberties violations of citizens".  John Mc Cain was on CBS yesterday and spoke of Assad and the Syrian crisis and puzzled why this situation - - more than any other, should be something we seem to be completely ignoring.  If ever there was a case for some sort of invervention this would be it in my oppinion.  Mc Cain of course believes that ANY talk of a withdrawal in Afghanistan - - EVER it seems (ten years is not long enough for a war) any hint of withdrawal at any time in the future would be viewed by the Talliban as a sign of weakness. Of course now the tea party regards John Mc Cain's nomination in 2008 as a mistake because he was too liberal and failed to represent the rank and file of the Tea Party which, by the way, did not even exist them.

THAT EIGHTIES SHOW - THE MINISERIES

I think we should do a TV mini-series called “1981” or something.  It would be a pure propaganda piece and part sitcom and part dramatic.  It could be a whole season if the mini-series catches on.  The plot goes something like this.  There is a married man and woman with three kids.  The father is a closet homosexual and they just discovered a new undiscovered condition that’s incurable condition they’ve called GRIDS for gay related immune deficiency sidrone.  He’s got one son who’s just been in the military but agreed to commit himself to the Reserves knowing he’d never be called up.  There is a line about Saddam Hussein being bombed by Israel to take out their nuclear facility and jokes are made about “He sounds like a fairly dangerous fellow, maybe our government should send over a hundred thousand ground troops and remove him from power”.  Someone else says “That’ll be the day” and they all have a good belly laugh over that one.  There is a teenage daughter going into her senior year in high school.  Her father just paid for her to have an abortion because “He wanted to insure that her future was not endangered”.  There are also passing reference to how much health care costs for the entire family.  We open in the summer of 1981 and she spends a lot of time at the water slides and someone says ‘I don’t trust those things.  One of them malfunctioned last week.  I think it’s just a fad that will never last.  She also spends a lot of time at the beach and one paler girlfriend says “I spent two hours out in the sun and got a sun burn” and meanwhile everyone else on the beach is really dark.  And the other girl says “It’s just a sun burn it will be over in a day or so”.  And there is a lot of stuff about Reagan and the Air Traffic controllers and breaking up the Union.  And people at work talk about the ongoing baseball strike and ‘How all these Unions just have too much power now anyway”.  And the father has a sister who had a boob job in the ‘seventies and was a porn star for a while, but now she’s married to a man who has “found Jesus” and listens to a Gene Scott personage on TV who smokes a cigar.  And he says that Cecil Rhodes is dangerous because he believes in applying principles of the Sermon on the Mount to one world government.  And the husband of the sister listens to Dylan but his friends tell him that “Bob Dylan was doing a lot better stuff five or six years ago” and reefers to “Serve Somebody” as a piece of crap.  Meanwhile this guy is a gun nut and is planning to move to Idaho.  His wife (the first guy’s sister) lost her job and her medical care.  And the fundamentalist husband says it costs less to live in Idaho and goes on a rant about gun rights and how you can no longer smoke in a business office, “It’s positively uncivilized”.  And some other guy mentions a hunting accident where one guy accidently shot another in the face.  And there is a lot of stuff about Jerry Brown and the Med Fly crisis.  And there is talk of the other three Beatles now reuniting to do a Beatle album in John Lennon’s honor, and speculation as to whether from now on Yoco Ono will be the one we look to for new albums. And there are rants about how Mental Insane people routinely get off for major murders, and pretty soon Charles Manson will be getting out of prison because “He’s already been in ten years, and that’s a long time by today’s standards”.  And there are lady head shrinkers talking about how impotency is purely a psychological and not a physical ailment.  And how wives should ask their husbands for permission to have an affair to “explore their sexuality”.   And all the talk show radio programs are flaming liberals and argue things like Reagan’s tax cut for the rich from 70% to 50% and someone says it will stimulate jobs- - and the host mentions how the economic statistics for the month of July 1981 were very adverse and joked about the Market headed tword six hundred on the Dow Jones Industrials.  And there are the usual “Voodu Economics” references.  And there are debates about the Brady Bill, and some people express the opinion that they think the “Moral Majority” itself contains the seeds of evil.  And there is stuff about the Granvill letter on stocks, and how it has been proved correct lately with the gloom and doom.  And The lead guy in addition to a son in colleges and a daughter, also has a younger son just becoming a sophomore and is into punk rock and listens to Adam and the Ants, and the Dead Kennedies and the Clash the Cure and Susie and the Banchees and Oingo Boingo and early U2 and the Ramones and Blue Oyster Cult even.  And his father told him he could sniff glue or aerosol cans to get high but just don’t use marijuana because that’s an illegal drug.  And there is stuff about the computer revolution and video games like Space Invadors and Asteroids.  And there is stuff about computerized typewriters that automatically retype documents to reset the margins and the spacing - - and Lotus 1-2-3.  And there is talk of the IBM PC when it comes out in September and real 5 ½ inch floppy disks and how they hold 386 Kilobytes of information, and how they can be programmed to “play music” by beeping out a simple tune in BASIC, and how wonderful DOS BAT files are.  And I guess there a few Star Wars references.  There is stuff about the planetary alignment in early 1982 and the end of the world, particularly after President Mubarek is shot in early October.  And the son who was in the Army wanted to get a paying job originally but Reagan closed down the Jobs program- - just as unemployment was Rising.  And he takes an economics course where the teacher says by the time they are their parents age the minimum wage will easily be eighteen to twenty dollars an hour “if present trends continue” and most likely more than that.  And there are references to Hi Fi magazine and turn tables and styluses and such.  And perhaps a few big video cameras are brought out.  And there are references to how Alexander Haig has been running the country since Reagan’s shooting and maybe it isn’t the real Reagan any more and besides “He’s awfully old to be President.  He’s seventy now - - how long can he last?”  And the main leading man falls into despair knowing that he has an unknown incurable ailment but he can’t talk about it with anybody because to even admit that you’re a bi-sexual would be too horrible to contemplate.  And then the guy’s own wife loses her job and she, too loses her medical insurance.  And meanwhile the bills are piling up.  And interest rates are so high the real estate equity is dropping in their house because they had to pay “triple digits” over a hundred thousand for their home back in the “real estate bubble” and he says “How could I have paid over a hundred thousand for that home?”  And there are numerous reference to rich people who have “six figure salaries”.  Like I say you could end the TV mini series with “The conclusion of all of this has yet to be determined” or something.

ODE T0 MIKE WALLACE

They had a tribute to Mike Wallace for the full hour of Sixty Minutes.  The first segment was mainly interviews of political and criminal figures.  The second portion was interviews with celebreties, including that famous pianist with the funny accent and the sense of humor and how he played like he was “possessed”.  And there was Mel Brooks and how Mel kind of “took over the interview” himself and was the only person I recall who could Dominate Mike Wallace.  Mike was nice to Tina Turner.  Mike was born Myron and was slated to be an Attorney but then he got a role in 1941 as the radio announcer for The Green Hornet, and his carrier was off and running.  He did numerous fluff bits on early Television, and did advertisements for Philip Morrice I believe.  But he lost his nineteen year old son Peter in 1962 who fell off a mountain, and then Wallace decided he needed to be more “meaningful” and went to work for CBS news.  Of course Wallace got in arguments with the Sixty Minutes producer.  That show started in 1968.  And Moorley Safer, of the people still alive, knew him better than any other.  Mike got into a lot of arguments and at times squabbled over who would do which interview.  When he was with John Erlichman he rattled off this whole series of crimes and Erlichman just looks at him and says “is there a question in there somewhere”?  He accused The Ayatola of being “nuts” because Sadat had said he was but the guy refused to translate.  He faced down Vladimir Putin on the political Corruption.  He got Malcolm X to admit that “Basically I am a dead man already”.  And he also faced down small time swindlers and big time hoods who murdered people.  He interviewed a chief instigator of the Mi Lie Masacre in 1969.  In his later years he backed away from these “confrontation pieces” out just to embarrass small time crooks, but learn little new information.  Mike Wallace always tried to make it clear that he had studied up on every issue and asked well placed questions and expected real answers.  Mike could not even invision the idea of a Retirement.  He thought “reflection on life” was pointless.  And in that observation I am sympathetic.  He had a bout of Depression and became a poster boy for Depression and once took sleeping pills in 1986.  That was a pretty good year to try it.  L986 was a pretty sucky year for me - - particularly the second half.  At age 93 when he died he never really showed his age till close to the end.  He always had that Jack Webb personality - - like an investigative cop.

But first I'm like t talk about some simpler concepts like the meaning of Words and our use of them.  For instance the word Pure - - is the only word that gets Weaker when it has an -er attatched to it.  Think about it.  Certain words CANNOT mean a different thing when used as an adverb than as an adjitive.  The word WORTHY comes to mind.  The words Worthy or Unworthy can never be differeitiated by use as an Adverb because the word Worthy itself ALWAYS refers back to the physical state of being Worthy.  Some people speak in inexact terms or leave words out in verbal short form.  If we say "A pound of butter is 79 cents" (this is an old example) we know that the physical Butter is not money.  What we actually mean is that the Price of a pound of butter is 79 cents.  Many things people claim - - such as Einstein, use the phrasiology of "observed to be - - - ".  The big loophole here is that if we use a flawed medium such as Light to employ in our "observation" the state of the actual Thing observed may in fact be different (or unchanged) when we say "It has changed".  In my example below, if we call mobility and speed a Good thing - - we are unlimited in our employment of Speed (or some may say the Speed of progress of scientific discovery)  much as Newton originally said over 300 years ago.  This is what I believe.  But people today speak of having problems with their over the air TV channel reception and they say "It's that darned digital stuff".  No,  the "medium of transmission" is not altered with a Digital signal - - only the coding of the signal has been.  I have likened it o two foreign ambassadors traveling on the same Flight in the same Plane.  One may have documents in Russian and the other in Arabec but both are on the same Flight.  Long waves travel better than short waves either with sound - - as in earthquakes (a known fact) but also with light.  So some may say both digital and old analog are traveling in planes but one is a DC 5 and another is a Bowing 767.  The mode isn't that different but the one in the bigger jet is less suceptable to things like wind eddies and other distractions.  Capish?  Good.

Just to review about my Blogger Name.  Of course it isn't my real name but I love to give little hints.  For instance - - you have heard that my great great grandfather was Charles Miller.  I guess that's the name of a famous gambler and swindler who lived about the same time as Jesse James too, but they probably didn't know each other but may have heard of each other.  I think that's also the name of the saxophone player in WAR who died thirty years ago.  Check me out there.  As you may or may not know - - my real last name does not have a Single Letter in Common with M I L L E R.  For instance MILLER contains no O's no N's or S's in it.  And of course my middle name DOES contain, for you Wheel of Fortune fans, an I, and an L and an N and an S.  And it's also associated with a certain type of product you see in a lot of live television - - as well a being a proper English sir name, and it's my Mother's maiden name.  If nothing else I'm kind of a game player with you readers.  

I'd like to clarify something on the paragraph of that previous blog.  I never said you could NOT get messages from "the other side" or whatever.  But the big question to ask yourself is this.  "I KNOW I got THIS MESSAGE and it's a thought I never had before and I am NOT even sure whether it is TRUE - - but it's NOT my idea and I am NOT even sure whether I AGREE with it, but - - - because I know myself and I would have never come up with it in a million years on my own.   My final introductory thought is this.  Remember it.  Material things are judged by a whole different set of physical or metaphysical laws than are things NOT material or posessing any "substance".  We are not in their world and they are not in ours.  The idea that Energy is a bridge or conduit between the two worlds is an idea of Speculation and something I myself at this point am not entirely convinced of.  On he one hand according to Einstein's theory and stated overtly - - photons have no mass.  And if they did and since "everything that travels light speed has infinite mass" then it would follow in Einsteins own words that photons must have "infinite" mass, which they do not.  I intuitively believed that photons DO have mass but Einstein states that in their native state they do not.  Einstein would envision a form then of "Energy" that starts out Without mass, and somehow Acquires mass in its "travels".  To me this is a puzzle since an infinite ammount of nothing is still Nothing.  Let HIM explain it.  I would also remind you that "Ether " is not a conduit to the other world.  Ether as a type of "space incarnate", which is to say "Space as we know it - Itself".  But Ether while limited to THIS side of infinity or the PLUS side of the Cartesian equation - - is non the less an entity devoid of both mass and "viscosity".  Capish?  But I'll toss the idea out there anyhow.


Postscript Sunday morning:  Bill Cosby just gave the most Amazing closing speech on 'Meet the Press" that Every American should go to the NBC website and watch, if you do not listen to another piece of media commentary this week - - watch this one.  Obama really was faced with a big rock to push up a big, steep hill, and all his detractors can mutter is, "I hope he fails" and the big question is "Why".  Indeed Obama is working under a scoring handicap that seems to be uniquely faced by Black people.


Postscript II:  You puzzle people figured out from one clue that my "given" last name is not Owens.  Not that I haven't used that name a lot even in legal situations.  I don't kiss and tell.  Yes I adopted that name based on a particular 'story" or narritive - - when I was younger.  Kind of a Malcolm X type thing, I guess.  There are a lot of unsung heroes out there.  (Selah)

EVIL IS INHERENTLY WITHOUT LIMIT AS ITS DEGREE OF INVOLVEMENT, BUT EVIL IS LIMITED INHERENTLY BY LOCALITY IN WHAT IS KNOWN AS THE "BLACK HOLE EFFECT"

It is said by preachers, "Do not doubt in the Darkness what you Believed in the Light".  Whereas I would say to you "Do not fear to doubt or disbelieve in the Light what you once Believed in the Darkness"

We all have mental "light bulb" moments where we finally "see" something and "Get it".  These moments of psychic clarity and Awakening need not only appear in good times but also in bad times of crisis, where such "light bulb" moments are of even heightened value.  For many regard a state where you come and relax and are overtly instructed to shot out the cares of the World and assume a state of psychic "unconsciousness" if you will, as NOT a state of being psychicly "Awake".  Indeed it is when we are in the World that often our very jobs depend on being Acutely aware of our surroundings and what is happening at every moment".  Less we get into a car wreck or possibly suffer some industrial accident.  Truth:  ACCIDENTS in the generic definition of the word, are God's way of reminding us that He is the one who ultimately "judges" and is In Charge of our Lives.

Optical and "Natural Trig" models of Infinity

Infinity is just a finite number if the eye of the beholder can perceive it.  You can have zero ammount of a quantity such as Three, but you can't have a quantity of Three of nothing and count on any quantative meaning, such as being Half of Six of Nothing.  (Selah)  In this way coefficients of quanties are different as factors than are other factors.  With circle trig tangents, you may have ANY quantitive ammount of Infinity.  But you may not have Infinity ammount of a quantity and expecting it to show up on a quantity scale.  Infinity is what's known as an "unsigned variable" to use "C" programming lingo, or a vectorless variable.

In optics what you have is a mirrored logarithm scale.  Picture this thought image.  Looking from the REAL side of the mirror "Infinity" (as in camera lens rating) has a value of ONE.  You may refer to it as a "factor of one" if you like.  (look up "factor" if you don't know)  Capish?   Looking from the other "subjective" side - - this same point has a value of- - - INFINITY.  Imagine that.  There is no hypothetical ammount too large in a lens focal length that would preclude one side of a logarithmic scale above "One" (infinity) being carried out in graph form to infinity. For objects in the material world any focal length would be below this value of ONE - - and below this value the chart space (to the left) goes on forever, hypothetically, but never (hypothetically) reaches pure zero.  The closer the object focused upon the longer the functional focal length. If you focus on object beyond infinity of course it's a different story. But in excess of "One" the numbers come closer together.  Twice Infinity if closer to Three Infinity than it is to One Infinity.  In apparent (Subjective sense) optics the mirror of this logarithmic scale runs the other way.  There is no limit to to the LACK of alteration of an image seen before (or Sub speed) Infinity. This is when the lens is closer to the eye than it's "natural" focal length for a Real image at infinity.  From the point of view of the natural eye - the "apparent" focal length of the lens may be lengthened to infinity by having the lens flush with (or right next to) viewed object. But far away objects have a "functional focal length" that nears the stated F stop rating of the lens, based on focus at infinity.  Hence in the realm of the subjective view - - an object goes from "no distortion" to "absolute distortion".  But this is NOT the end of the sequence.   On the other side where no "material object" focal length may go - - -  what starts off to the Eye as being infinitely big and unfocused shrinks first to a "ONE" but can never shrink to a Two or Twice Infinity- - because viewed size of said inverted object can never shrink to below zero. Objective or real focal length may exceed this Infinity figure if the object were "that far away".  But what happens with light at acceleration in space can NOT be "simulated" optically beyond mock two.  Since a mirrored speed vector can never exceed either side of light speed by more than one, it follows that at twice light speed the inverted (one dimension only) objects can only shrink to zero or expand to two (in classic Newtonian additive math) and then beyond that mock Two they cannot be seen.

"Material" laws verses "Non Material" laws are not compatible and one cannot affect the other. (this is a Truth)

Einsteins theory applies only to light perception.  If photons has independant mass then they could be infered to be part of the Material Universe, and laws applying to them would by inference have to apply to the rest of the material Universe.  But according to Einstein - - how I'm not sure but "photons" as entities have NO mass apart from such mass that is somehow (?) attained through their volocity since though photons do not have mass, Energy to move NOTHING still is required and Energy has mass.  (If this sounds silly you can liken it to HS males taking Home EC in high school being instructed to care for an "egg" pretending that it's a baby.  You go through it all as an "exercise' only but it still requires energy and discipline)  The energy generated by photons is transmitted as ether waves. This would be energy generated by something without mass being imparted to something else without mass and yet is real. (chew on that one for a bit) But photons are also better known for their "quantum" energy.  And ether is a massless entity which serves as a medium and carries waves.  Since ether has no Viscosity and is not Material - - it works under a different set of laws than that govern materiality.  What's intriguing in all of this as that the energy required to "move nothing" is real Energy and it is this Energy that can be perceived in the Material World, so it would seem that this "Energy" whatever it consists of - - is able to transcend both the material and the hyperbolic (non material) world.  In the world of concave space as opposed to convex space - - what is believed to be Real from the point of view of hyperbolic (or hyper-space) space, it is what is OUTSIDE the hyperbola that is perceived to be Real and not what is Inside of it.  Hence the term concave Space.  IN THIS MODEL - - hyperbolic space ONLY applies to LIGHT.  In the material world the logarithm extends up and (or "but" works well here, too) not down in terms of speed, with absolute zero being hard to define and logarithmically impossible to graph.  Whether concave verse convex space theory applies to the Material Universe is left to speculate on.  From God's point of view you run out of graph space before you'd ever run out of acceleration factors of material objects.  But at some point Beyond a speed too great to imagine may lie for Material Matter what exists about Light as a speed of Mock Two.  Capish?

Mitt Romney and the N R A

It's an interessting dynamic of tea party campaigning that they go for phantom, non existent issues.  They get more traction from issues in their "own mind' than actual issues.  For instence Glen Beck and others have spoken of a Wyman Republic style hyper-inflation to hit several years into the Obama Administration's first term.  Others said when I said later "this hasn't happened" told me, "Well, it's only because the Master Switch hasn't been thrown yet.  The money spigot has not yet been turned on", whatever that means.  Now you have Anne Romney as a one trick pony and is going to be commenting on thirty seconds of off the cuff remarks by a low level Obama Aid as her one claim to fame from now till election.  And getting to our main topic of gun control- do you remember the massive run on gun anunition just before President Obama took office?  It was said that the President was about to take massive measures to curtail gun ownership rights.  But as pointed out on the Hardball program "This President has been the LEAST interested in enacting new gun control laws of any recent president we've had".  Indeed the dynamic has not been laws restricting guns but rather the vast expansion of rights with "stand your ground" laws, which police, DA, and other officers of the law one and all condemn as a bad idea - to have this "stand your ground" law.  But the NRA doesn't care.  As late as 2007 Mitt Romney told Meet the Press that he "didn't agree with the NRA on everything".  I can only assume from his speech to the NRA on Friday that NOW he DOES agree with them on anything and everything they want.  It's out and out hysteria.  People want laws against assault 50 calabre assault rifels, which were considering for a while, but not now.  People wanted the size of bullet magazines restricted to eleven bullets in a clip rather than 33, which the shooter of Gabriel Giffards had in Arizona last year.  People would have not have died had we restricted the size to a lower number like eleven.  The NRA is hysterical because people want to restrict gun stores to selling any owner only one gun per month.  That would mean you could by twelve in the space of a year.  But it would halt major dealers in arms, arming perhaps for a riot or something.  I do not regard the tea party's position on this issue as a winning one.

We now hear that Obama's secret service agents were nabbed in South America for drunkedness and prostitution and the like.  I don't know what's wrong with having a little fun as long as they've "checked the area out" or whatever they were supposed to do before the President's arrival.  They speak of concentric "rings" of protection that any President has.  It's more elaborate than we believe.  These agents of course were suspended.  We also have one time presidential candidate John Edwards on trial for money misappropiation.  My only take here is "since when is what Edwards did any different from what local and national politicians do all over America".  "Hummm?"

Brazil is one of the five up and coming economicly prosperous nations collectively known as BRICS, and these consist of Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa.  But the thing is that Brazil has the sort of eutopian economy many Democrats wish we had.  The people don't work too hard and they get a lot of time off, and the workers as a whole get a better shake in life than workers here to.  And Brazil had oil and Obama wants it, and is trying to get them to sell it to us to lessen our ties to the Mideast.  Of course Brazil and Iran are close because there is a natural brotherhood between oil producing nations, and anything ONE nation does to raise the price of oil mutually benefits all the other nations.  It would seem that this President is generally popular in South America and this is a good thing.  The President did announce just to keep the Miami Cubans happy, that "If Cuba attended this Latin American conference that he as President would boycott it".   The republican responder to the President's Radio address this morning said one constructive thing.  That is there are a lot of proposed new "red tape" regulations on oil refineries which will tend to choke out the pipeline of supply.  I know from time to time the president has put various Energy laws on temporary hold, and I believe this would be another good time to do that.

From a personal point of view I joined one of these on line social networks.  But I am kind of thinking they aren't my cup of tea.  They are more of a vehical for transacting present relations rather than aw a way of exploring new ones, though I realize this is also possible.  But the context of these sites seems to be to restrict your audience to a specialized few who spare some particular memory of an issue in common.  My philosophy is "Why not just pick up the telephone and speak to them live, or else send them a direct E mail".  And this whole business about "texting" has always puzzled me.

As Thom Hartman points out there is another whole dynamic to this "war on women".  It's been scientifically shown that any nation where women are "liberated" and have rights like men do to have equal pay for equal work and all- - don't have as many children and thus help a nation's over-population problem.  Since this IS another of those real problems that nobody is talking about (much as gun poliferation is) this to me seems a real efficient way of at least alleviating it.  By as it were "giving women power over their own bodies".  As such all these cries and moans by the tea party this week are probably falling on deaf ears as far as women are concerned.  Women are a lot smarter than people think.  To be honest, I think women are a lot smarter and exercise more rational sense on certain issues than we men do.  You can't put the feminist geenie back in the bottle now.

I would now like to comment on this whole issue raised in my last post of "being in two places at the same time".  People would point out "You know, rats are similar too - - we'd say they have almost identical personalities, if that's your criteria.  Yet they compete with each other madly.  And with Twins you see no more fierce competition than you do with Twins.  OK this is a hard one to explain but I'll try.  First of all you would never Envy yourself nor experiance ANY emotion tword this "other person" that you wouldn't perceive about yourself.  In terms of experiances - - you have already HAD his experiances and he's had yours even if neither of you always know it.  You know it as a metaphysical truth.  For that matter as you know I have the theory that all of us has already LIVED our own futures and if we could "tape into this knowledge" we'd save ourselves a lot of grief and as it were, "Live more efficiently."   So some would say "What if white was your favorite color and you decided to play a chess game.  Who would be white?"  The same situation might arise if you were in like some para military situation where there was a two person task facing you.  Which one would take task A and which one would get task B?  First of all you could never Envy yourself.  As Dylan put it once in a song, perhaps in "Pledging my Time", the line "Somebody's got to go, and I can't be the last person to leave".  The "somebody's got to do it" would be a Truth well understood by BOTH of you and you'd know it intuitive.  As with close friends if one of you looked and saw something unusual - - which was behind the other's back, the Other person would instantly read your expression and turn around wondering what got your attention.  Obviously you'd never LIE to the other person nor flatter him (or her) in ways you'd never flatter yourself.  If the other person had a thought - - it would not be a novel one to you.  You'd never go "Gee, I wish I'd had the creative insight to come up with that".  You would be the same person but have different "biological brain knowledge".  En-grams are not experiancial knowledge per se.  This is what we call acquired or "learned' knowledge.  Whereas En-grams are what you might call hard-wired or programmed knowledge.  It's your Method of Opporation of dealing with Reality.  I hope this little paragraph has been helpful in answering any questions.

Mit Romney's Federal Income Taxes

Well, we are approaching that time of year that everybody dreads - having to pay our Income Taxes.  They claim most people wait till the last minute.  Apparently there is no penalty for filing for an extension if you do that in time.  President Obama today reported that he earned $700,000 in anual income, and about half of that were from his book sales.  He paid just over twenty percent of his income in taxes.  To drive home the point how open he's being he also re-released his last eleven years in taxes and is exerting pressure on Mitt Romney to do the same.  Mitt's father, George Romney thought he would set a hopeful precedent in releasing twelve years of his federal income taxes to LOOK magazine in 1967.  Son Mitt said "While I may agree with my father on a lot of issues, I don't agree with him on everything.  That's an understatement.  Father George has even said "The reason why I released twelve years is because if I just released one year people might think it was a flook".  Well, I have a sinking feeling if Mitt were to release other years - - that they indeed would reveal something that Mitt would rather not have revealed, such as that in the past he took advantage of some fantastic loopholes.  Of course the Republicans by way of counter point have been saying "Looked at how abused Anne Romney is" and Mitt paraded her out before a gathering of the National Rifle Association today and naturally the people clamored for her to speak.  Fine.

Well, sometimes airline pilots will let their small sons ask for clearence from the Tower to land the plane, and they will accept that.  Other times the Tower doesn't know their ass from a hole in the ground.  You all may recall that news story that ran last week where fire had started aboard a plane and the Pilot radioed the Tower for permission to make an emergency landing and have fire crews standing by.  We were talking a potential major loss of life here.  The control tower ignored him saying to one another 'This call has got to be Bullshit" because they believed that "United 12" was a made up name.  The pilot got permission to land normally but they STILL didn't believe him and had no emergency personnel waiting on the landing strip.  Trying to second guess things or "be smart" isn't always prudent.

Now they have a general tornado alert for vast areas of the mid section of the middle American plains such as Oklahoma and eastern Kansas and western Missouri.  This unprecedented dangerous swarm of storms only happened once before and that was late April of last year and there was massive damage.  This year they are warning the public of massive death and destruction is appropiate action isn't taken.  I guess we can infer by this that while this season started abnormally soon, it is also an abnormally strong season with more severe tornatoes at the peak of the tornado season.  You can say global warming is a myth is you want to but to quote a song "But as for me and Grandpa, we believe".

Now they say that Art comes in all forms.  Sixty Minutes runs this stories about people being so rich they don't know what to do with their money and so they shell out hundreds of thousands of dollars for a piece of crap, believing ardently in the "greater fool" theory, which did in Real Estate speculators five years ago.  Now they have an I Pad ap for "Cat painting".  Yes, your cat, too can be a posted artist and have her paintings on You Tube or whatever.  The wonders of modern science.

They now say they are 99% sure that there is life on Mars.  They have gone back and reassesed old photos of Mars and re-done soil samples and concluded that "something" is there.  Pray that it is not intelligent.  Of course I might as well tell you at this time that the things I haven't been including in my blog postings this past week and a half are any reference to "other planets" or other dimensions, or conversations with dead rock stars.  But you will be interested to know that not all of my "fifteen dimensions" are unreal.  Eight of them are actually quite real.  There are four material dimensions.  Not aspects of space, but aspects of materiality.  These four are of course the idea of having substance, or what we call mass or materiality.  This is very real.  Everything has form.  Everything has some sort of purpose.  For a deist or a Calvinist or determinist- - - God has a purpose - - and reveals his purpose by the circumstances in our world and what he chooses to either place or not place in it.  It need not be anything we'd call a "Logical" reason, but it is purposefull nevertheless.  Capish?  And also everything has a common perception.  I insert the word "common" here to denote a properly functioning brain lacking any sort of "thought disorder" as Dr. Messina would say.  These plus the added spacial dimensions we already think about make seven right there.  Time comes in two dimensions in my system but there is only one time line we relate to as Real.  That is, one can define what is Real by things in our common four dimensional Time and Space frame.  The idea of parrellel Universes sounds like some kind of a TV Sci Fi plot line but some would say the idea is utterly useless.  Of course the theory is based on what I call pure "geometric logic".  That is - - - we know what a line is.  If you go outside that single line you have to enter an unproven dimension to do it.  Sure it's a hypothisixed dimension but some hypotheses of science prove later to be valid and useful.  Now we have six left to deal with to make fifteen.  These are all dimensions of Mind or "consciousness".  When I speak of the Mind I most often am refering to psychic consciousness or "Awareness".  Here there are three dimensions of the Mind or psyche that relate to space and perception we have discussed.  You might call it first, second, and third degree encounters.  That leave three left.  Now we are in a new type of dimension still called the Karmic dimension.  When I told Dr. Levy that there was material space and Karmic space or dimensions - - he may have substituted the word "Spiritual" meaning "God like" in his mind.  I stand by my word.  So then what is the Mind.  Is the Mind the soul?  Is the Mind a Personality?  This last question is a big "No".  A "Personality" and you can clear this with a psychiatrist, is a "Mask" or illusion or front presented or adopted to cope with reality.  Scitzophrenics in the "traditional use of the word" are not three different People trapped in one body.  There was and is only one Soul or entity in there.  It's the same person doing it to himself, even if he fools everybody including himself.  He doesn't fool a good shrink.  By the way you know that I can prove theologically that God is a Scitzophrenic?  Because there is again one Entity or Soul in there but three different Personalities or Masks or seeming manifestations to the world.  Get that?  Good.  Many people would define the Soul itself as some sort of linear thread, like something progressing continuously through Time.  However this may work with computer programs - - but it here it could be a logic trap keeping us from the Truth.  I think more properly the human Ego may be defined as a common set of en-grams or "preconceptions".  It's the en-grams that make us who we are rather than our particular substance or location at the moment.  As such who is to say that an Ego cannot be in two places at the Same Time and each one be Ignorant of the other's Existance.  But they are both real, or in the words of Mary Wells, "Both of them are You".  So how do we know that?  If they have the same "en-gtram signiture" they are both "You" in my new definition.  These en-grams are not limited by either Space for for that matter, the bounds of this material Universe.  The whole model is non linear.  Time is not a problem.  Being in two places simotaniously is no problem.  "You" EXPERIANCE both existances - - you Really do, and it seems just as Real in either existance.  It's just that one half of You has no idea what the other half is going through with the only clue being en-gram transfer.  So is it a Twin thing?  Well - - it's one en-gram that not being limited by spacial locality - - can be seen to be equally real and present in two places.

A CENTURY OF - - - PROGRESS ???

I haven’t checked for sure but I think the next blog to lose its top dog status is the “Egypt” one, which was typed not all that long ago in February, I believe.  The rates at which we cycle through all eleven blogs is continuing to accelerate.  The whole “war on women” thing was happening even then.  Now people like Rush Limbaugh are trying to disffuse the issue with a lot of sputtering rhetoric, for which he is famous.  Women are smarter than that.  They know the score.  They know what Hillary Rosen was referring to on the subject of gainful employment.  The biggest problem Anne Romney has to worry about, as someone put it jokingly – is making sure the footman gets his Christmas bonus.  That would be a carriage driver, I believe.  People still rose in carriages a hundred years ago.  People are wondering whether Newt Gingrich is a viable candidate in the 2012 election.  The bigger question is whether Newt would even be a viable candidate in the election of 1912.  Back then big changes were already in the works.  We had the World Series as a national tradition already uniting us as Americans as “our national pastime”.  They were even doing Dr. Demento songs about Einstein’s theory of relativity back then that got a popular airing.  We had radio.  And we were coming to realize that there were still forces in nature that man could not conquer such as ice bergs out in the middle of the Atlantic on a calm cold sea.  I wonder if there are other similarities.  You had a whole mind set in Europe which was about to go under.  Pat Buchannon is worried about the lasting power of the world’s great Empires such as the Ottoman Empire and the Ast4ro-Hungarian empire and let us not forget Greater Prussia.  Tzar Nicholas was in big trouble.  Pat if he lived back then would be about to go through his “worst nightmare”.  You had Henry Ford “committing a crime against the capitalist economy” as other businessmen put it, for paying his workers enough hourly wages to actually be able to afford the cars they made.  Sounds like creeping Communism to me.  The US farmers were going well because they now didn’t have to hitch old Nelly up to the plow any more but could use gasoline tractors and get a lot more work done.  And there was a new move tword cleanliness and neatness and “being civilized”.  So women were subjected to the ‘white glove test” to see if they were a good matrin.  After all now you had paved streets without all that dust flying in the air.  You had street lights and traffic signals.  And since transportation was improved you could have amenities dlivivered right to your house like milk and other dairy products, as well as bread and pastries, and also daily ice deliveries for you ice box, where you could keep your food cold right in your own house.  Other amenities were becoming comon place.  There were picture shows and people could afford their own cameras and they possibly had a phonograph in their homes.  You had people like Kellog heralding the virtues of such things as physical fitness as well as circumcision and words like “sexual hygene” were making the rounds.  Men in particular were expected to be more civilized and “gentlemanly” making trips to the local Barber Shop popping up on every street corner to look “neat” with emaculately trimmed mustache and goatee, and betting a shine from the Black shoe shine boy.  Physical fitness was even a fad because people observed that life was becoming less “arduous” with amenities like telephones and running water and flush toilets.  Even the  symphonic music was taking on a different tone referred to as “contemporaty” with dissinent notes and impressionist nuances.  Biological Evolution was taking on general acceptance by the average Joe in society. And were Newt running back then he would STILL have to deal with things like the coming Federal Reserve and the national Income Tax.  Back then he would have been facing two progressives and a moderate.  William Howard Taft is known in retrospect as a conservative, but back then the word just meant “keeping the status quo” and not reactionary freak-out.  Taft was just as active at breaking up Corporate Trusts as Teddy Roosevelt was.  That’s what my history books say.  And by the way back then people actually had a high regard for Science in general and looked to science to come up with new inventions and discoveries every day - - like the Lukemia cure that Rush Limbaugh was talking about on his program so much of today.  And drugs were becomingly widely used that were actually effective cures for a whole host of ills.  People were more internationally conscious with the construction going on with the Panama Canal and luxury liners were plying the oceans providing "the good life" and travel in luxury.  People were at least aware of a thing called radio and the idea that the air waves had invisible transmissions in them unseen by by the human eye.  Stunt flying was all the rage.  And the whole sinking of the Titanic is highly symbolic to me of the Christian Church being kept afloat by the “sea of humanity”’ and an ocean of over-confidence, but then reality - - played by the Ice Berg, knocks on the door and announces “I’m here!’

And now back to the real world.  The 21^st Century, the political climate of which has not been so forward looking.  I continue to be amazed at how they “double down’ on the most controversial issues.  For instance the “Buffet doctrine” has been repeatedly put to scorn.  Judy’s take on it is “Of course you should not have to pay as much tax, if any tax on corporate dividends.  After all that earnings has already been taxed, so it would be double taxation”, as if the same dollar bill in circulation were taxed only once.  And by the way- - just because some Corporation has already paid the tax on “that money” YOU have not paid taxes on it.  Chuck Smith once said “You know (not to contradict Jesus or anything) I have personally found it’s the poor people that are money grubbing and obsessed with getting more of it.  But when you become Rich you reach a pertain point where you have “transcended placing value on the importance of money”.  Obviously Chuck Smith doesn’t read today’s newspapers about the machinations of today’s rich.  And now Rush Limbaugh - - far from admitting defeat on the whole Trevon Martin shooting says “You know this arrest warrant is so badly written- - no judge would ever accept it.  I would not be a bit surprised if some Judge threw out this whole case against Zimmerman.  After all, my Dad used to be an attorney and he knows about these things”.  In terms of other stuff- - Mel Gibson is doubling down on his asshole statements.  Now he’s saying that John Lennon deserved to be shot because he had a Messiah complex.  Just put him in a pharacee robe and you’re all set here.  Let me tell you - - accuse ME of having a Messiah complex if you want to - - accuse Dr. Martin Luther King of having one.  But to NOT accuse John Lennon of having one, because John was the farthest thing from that.  And also- - my take on the song “Imagine” is not that the song was written either as a treaties on metaphysics or theology.  The song is just what it says.  It’s a eutopian song.  Just imagine all of the problems we wouldn’t have in the world if we didn’t have to bother about Religion or these other Midevil bugaboos such as Heaven and Hell.  That’s all he was saying.  Of course Mel Gibson was going to do a movie about Judas Macabees but I guess he decided the whole thing was a little “Jewish” for his taste.  By the way in a recent posting I should have said the four Sons - - of Judas Macabees - - who took part in the northern rebellion in 46 AD or something in Israael, particularly a guy named Thaddius.  And there are all those other disciple names such as Judas and Simon and John.  I think we are all suspecting that Mel Gibson may have a screw loose himself.  His Passion movie is kind of considered a historic anachronism now - - and the farthese thing from a movie classic.  It’s so dark and depressing with all of the dialog in Aramiac.  About the Aramiac thing- - not to ruin George Burne’s day or anything but Jesus himself read from the Greek Septuigent, and this has been proven.  I do not for one minute believe this new FOX news poll showing Mitt Romney beating the President 46% to 44%.  My hope is that the tea party will wake up to the worst nightmare of their lives the morning after the November election realizing everything they had fought for is now Lost.

At noon I got back on KPOJ AM 620 in Portland and listened to the Thom Hartman show with the old familiar music.  Thom had a very insightful hour and was well worth it.  In the course of that hour I also listened to two audio recordings of Bill Press being interviewed and one home shot video off a TV of Bill Press.  These three nine minute excerpts each ran the hour till just past one.  Then I watched the soap opera.  Nicole told Elvis that it was Stephano who had sabotaged E J’s “evidence planting” against John Black.  Apparently that sabotage is what made it so easy to crack the case.  E J now admits openly that he alone stole the money of not his father’s initiative - - but now that money is “Gone”.  Elvis had been planning to find a stealth way to get the money back to the innocent investors and that John Black would be the only one hurt, but it appears now Stephano has stolen that money from his son. Actually Nicole may make a less than ideal wife, but she is an excellent friend to both Elvis  and his "exestential crisis" with his father, and also with Raphael. Meanwhile Raphael has the opportunity to let go of a lit firecracker but he’s failing to do it.  Carrie does NOT need to know word one about Raphael’s relation between himself and Nicole.  That relation is personal and none of Carrie’s business, who should be more concerned about putting her marriage with Austin back together.  She’ll find the truth about soon enough - - but there is not a reason in God’s green earth why she has to hear it from Raphael.


Romney spent a portion of Friday reaching out directly to gun owners gathered for the National Rifle Association's annual meeting in St. Louis, Mo. He delivered a speech broadly attacking President Obama for failing to protect Americans' economic, religious and personal freedoms-- highlighting gun owners in that final attack. "We need a President who will stand up for the rights of hunters, sportsmen, and those who seek to protect their home and family," Romney said. "President Obama has not; I will." Absent the pretense of being a hunter, Romney argued Friday that he, unlike the president, will not support new gun laws and will protect Second Amendment rights in America. But Romney used the bulk of his speech Friday to broadly focus on all freedoms. Romney criticized the president for viewing the Constitution as a "living and evolving" document and for attempting to "browbeat" the Supreme Court, a reference to the president's recent stern language regarding the Court's future decision on Obamacare."He thinks our nation's highest court is to be revered and respected-- as long as it remains faithful to the original intent of Barack Obama," Romney said.

Apparently this 8.6 earthquake is the larges tembler ever of a strike-slip or horisontal fault as opposed to a vertical thrust fault.  And the 8.2 aftershock was the largest ever for a strike-slip fault.  They say that long waves traveled through the earth and were measured at 2.6 or something here in California.  Meanwhile some of these other earthquakes like in Mexico and in Oregon may be somehow related to the big Indonesia quake.  Scientists say that there is definitely something ususual going on.  Today here we are having a pretty substantial rain form for this late in the year.  Now in the news is tjatthe LA basin has the highest concentration of tornadoes - - of all things anywhere west of the Rockeys.

Finally at two I turned on Randy Rhodes and listened to that hour.  Nora came in briefly to empty the trash.  There was a line from the three o clock hour that “got to me” but perhaps not the one he expected.  Perhaps it was the timing.  He spoke of a mother having to identify the anguished, tortured screams of her own son for Police.  His last seconds on earth.  He then talked about a drunk who ran his car into a river and his wife and daughters were drowned and only he and his son escaped alive through a “cracked open” window.  What he said next was eery.  And now when Zimmerman pursued Martin like a dog and shot him- - he was not filled with the least bit of remorse.  This is just another attorney lie.  Most people after they commit a violent act feel a sense of revulsion and guilt tword the weapon and drop it or hide it or something so as not to be in sight of it.  After Zimmerman shot Martin he cooly put the gun back into his holster and just stood over the body calmly waiting for the police to arrive.  It was less a murder than it was a systematic execution - - like shooting a rabid dog that had been terrorizing the neighborhood.  Zimmerman is the rabid dog.  I guess it’s closer to the dinner hour than I thought.
