By now you all know about the latest Al Quaida plot that has been uncovered, and just in time. Nine flights from Heathrow Airport to the United States were planned to be simotaniously exploded using liquid explosives. Twenty one people were arrested. Some theorize these events may be timed to coincide with yet other events at the same time. Foreign flights in this country have been raised to Red alert and domestic flights have been raised to Orange alert. No liquids are allowed to be taken on board and that includes soda pop, mouth wash, hand lotion. eye drops, or even chapstick. The only exceptions are baby formula and vital medicine, where your name is specifically on the prescription. I imagine you can call it the grace of God that this plot was found out before it happened. It's obvious that the new found vigilance in this country and in England has paid off with the saving of lives in advance. It also goes to show Al Quaida isn't dead. The danger is even if Bin Laden is captured, that may not stop the terror plots.
Well, Arlo Guthrie suspected it long ago and now it’s true. Or let me put it this way: there has been an “improvement” or “enhancement” if you will in Army basic training. Well, in Bungalow Bill fashion, those young recruits who sign up and are driven to the army base by their mothers, in twelve short weeks are turned into something their parents wouldn’t recognize. They are now efficient killing machines, ready to be their own Rambo. In the old days when basic training was cut to eight weeks, for efficiency’s sake, during the Vietnam War, about all they needed to know how to do is write their name, state their name, rank and serial number during a tear gas attack, and how where the trigger is located on their rifel. But we know what happened to that generation. They became wasted on drugs during the Viet Nam War. No more. Now they have discovered that a soldier facing his first combat after being in the War fails to fire his rifel seventy-five percent of the time. This will not do. So now they not only indoctrinate them by having them shout “Kill, kill, kill” but set up scenarios and situations where they are forced to identify with their comrades and think in terms of fighting for their Unit, rather than just God and Country. They are shown films, and conditioned by other psychological methods to see the enemy as some target on a video game, who must be eliminated. Since they do have a longer fourteen week basic training period now, there is more time to mold the raw clay so when they’re shipped to Iraq, they will be- - more Worthy.
According to World Net Daily, now
The good news is that although the jet stream is weak this year, and the weather has been record hot in the country, there have been fewer Hurricanes this year in the
From what the Federation is saying- - any Messiahs on our side won’t be reaching adult hood till the predicted nuclear haulocost to hit Earth in the late 2030’s. These prognosticators say that the Messiah should be being born just about NOW. Perhaps this year- -perhaps last year. Perhaps some woman is pregnant with him now. This Messiah will be a brave Star Shop warrier in a great conflict in 2061 but by then the Messiah will have had a long time in the military, perhaps twenty years or more and ascended to the rank of Captain in the military, most likely “Star Fleet” or the equivelant.
We’ve heard about the “Indigo babies” born after the Harmonic Conjunction of mid August 1977. These kids are said to have special divine powers- - gifts from God. Of course you don’t look for spiritual gifts of God, and you don’t look for dolphin life in the
Today is August 10th. and on this date in history in 1967 Pete Richards, myself, and Larry M recorded "Tea Party no. 425", "Tea Party no. 426", and "A Taste of H". These were three rather freakadelic numbers. I was thinking of calling the group "The Boston Tea Party" but I think that name has already been used. There was another track that got erased (OK I erased it because I didn't think it was good enough) called "Chicago", sort of a tribute to my Imposter. (forget I said that) This track is of interest to me now because it, at least I think, resembles the "bar jam" section of "We Got a Bigger Problem Now" by the Dead Kennedies. The following March, ie. 1968 Pete Richards and I did "This is it!" and "Run Down Feeling" and I by myself did "Middle of the Night" (sounding vaguely like track six on "Crown of Creation" by the Jefferson airplane) "XERB Over Los Angeles" and "Phoebee's Boyfriend" ( with actual live recorded dialogue). Some of the electronic "effects" achieved were crickets, and putt-putt sprinklers, and a motorcycle revving up. On this hard drive I cover the era from mid summer 1966 thru March of 1968 in the Arimid files I, II and III. Arimid is backwards for Di Mira, a soap opera character. The text of these files is green on black, as sort of a tribute to that rock celebrety who's favorite color is green. (See "Skeletons") Actually, I had a dream about Stephano Di Mira last night. I was still living at the Bosc house and these thug like characters came in the house and they kept alluding to a "Mister Big", which turned out to be Stephano. And them made promices about power and favors if we would just "go along with the program". Next door there were three siblings. There were a boy and girl about ten and eleven, and an older brother named Wally. Wally is a friend of mine in this life who used to fix computers for a living and for a while I was pummeling him with questions about the internet. These Stephano stooges (Bart may have been there but I didn't recognize the rest) did something to impregnate the ten year old girl and two weeks later she delivered a baby.
Here is the expanded one to two CD compilation of one we did earlier in this blog "Wheels of Retrobution". For trivia buffs, one song was completely dropped. There is a Chich and Chong track I'll include if we don't have it, but if we already have it on blog then I won't. I guess we didn't have room for it back in "Fundamentals of Rock" so we're including it here. I think the title of this current CD compilation aptly fits the contents. Two of the Yardbird songs included are from the same single released about the turn of the year '64 - '65.
